About Me

Originally from the UK, I moved to Sydney, AU in 2017. Now I’m living on the Northern Beaches with my husband. I left my full time job in architecture to focus on what matters most to me: spirituality, my art and helping others.

It was a difficult decision to leave a profession that I worked so hard to prepare myself for. But I felt I needed to follow my heart and focus on what makes me happy. The inner work that helped me change my life was much deeper than just making a career change. It was trusting myself to follow my passions – writing and drawing.

Writing about intersection between science and spirituality

I’m interested in the many ‘doors’ through which people find the path to become their true selves. I want to explore the crossovers between psychology, science and spirituality. Basically, what I am keen to communicate is that science and spirituality are two sides of the same coin – science is the how and spirituality is the ‘why’, and psychology is part of the crossover between the two. I’d like to be able to help others gain transformative insights so they can live their best life.

Through my illustration, I focus on graphic illustration and more traditional watercolour painting. I’ve been doing commissioned home portraits and working on other projects. I hope to use my art to connect with the local community, and inspire others to benefit from the mindful process of making art. Art opens up the mind and heart to all the beauty and goodness around us.
